By expressing interest you are not technically registering for the event. Please note there are limited spaces, so while we encourage you to let us know that you would like to attend, please register as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Conference Fees and Cancellation Policy
The conference fees (click on the 'register now' button above) cover the coffee breaks, lunches, receptions, conference kit and documentation. The fees do not include hotel accommodation or transport. (Please see the TRAVEL TIPS page for further details).

Registrations cancelled more than 60 days before the event are eligible for an 75% refund of the registration fees paid.
Registrations cancelled less than 60 days, but more than 30 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fees paid.
Registrations cancelled less than 30 days before the event are no longer eligible for a refund.

Visa Application
If needed, we will provide invitation letter upon clearance of your registration fee for your travel visa application.
